From Salem, Massachusetts, Amanda is deeply passionate about fitness and the impact it has on one’s quality of life and relationship with the self. Knowing firsthand just how challenging body transformation can be, she has lost over 100lbs, cultivated a growth-focused mindset, and completely changed her lifestyle through fitness. In addition to years of studying bodybuilding, nutrition, and exercise mechanics, Amanda is also a 2nd degree black belt in ITF Tae Kwon Do, coaching weekly kickboxing & bootcamp calsses at Reck Fitness. She aims to help others realize that they too have the capacity to transform their lives with consistent action and armed with the right knowledge. In her spare time, she models professionally, develops her personal art brand, and enjoys audiobooks.
